Basic Semiconductor recently launched its Pcore™6 silicon carbide power module, which uses a silver sintering process. According to Huaan Securities, the stock size of China's nanosilver sintering market will increase from 139 million yuan in 2023 to 2.268 billion yuan in 2030. In addition, the new market size is expected to increase from 34 million yuan in 2023 to 652 million yuan in 2030. At present, domestic nanosilver sintering equipment mainly relies on imports, and the main suppliers include Boschman and ASMPT.
