Samsung Electro-Mechanics enters semiconductor glass substrate market

At CES 2024, Samsung Electro-Mechanics officially announced its entry into the semiconductor glass substrate market, with the goal of producing prototypes in 2025 and achieving mass production in 2026. This move is intended to enhance the competitiveness of its HPC products.
