Nexperia strengthens investment in wafer field

After acquiring the Newport Wafer Fab in the UK, Nexperia sold it to the US semiconductor company Vishay Intertechnology due to the international environment. Subsequently, it established cooperation with Mitsubishi Electric, and Nexperia will use Mitsubishi Electric's silicon carbide chips to manufacture power devices.
