Samsung Exynos Auto V920 chip wins Hyundai Motor order

Samsung Electronics' Exynos Auto V920 chip has received an order from Hyundai Motor. The chip uses a 10-core CPU and a more powerful GPU and NPU, with an AI computing power of 23TOPS, which is 1.7 times higher than the previous generation. However, Samsung's Exynos Auto series lags behind other competitors in terms of promotion efforts and ecosystem construction (Tier 1 partners) in the Chinese market. In addition, Samsung's subsidiary Harman itself is a smart cockpit solution provider, which makes it challenging for Samsung to establish a stable partnership with Tier 1.
