Sinlink Integrated's 8-inch SiC R&D progresses smoothly, plans to send samples within this year

Xinlian Integrated Circuit said that its 8-inch SiC wafer and chip research and development is progressing smoothly, and it plans to send samples this year. The company plans to start large-scale mass production in 2025. According to the forecast of Xinlian Integrated Circuit executives, in the second half of 2024, the company's SiC product shipments will increase from 5,000 to 6,000 pieces per month to 10,000 pieces, and the corresponding revenue is expected to exceed 1 billion yuan. As of December 2023, Xinlian Integrated Circuit's 6-inch SiC MOSFET production line has achieved a monthly output of more than 5,000 pieces.
