TSMC enters FOPLP technology field

TSMC has officially announced the establishment of a dedicated team to enter the exploration phase of FOPLP (fan-out panel-level packaging) technology and plans to build a small production line. This decision marks TSMC's transition from traditional wafer-level packaging to panel-level packaging, aiming to reduce costs and improve packaging efficiency.
