In order to meet the needs of continuous iteration of automotive LiDAR technology, Zonghui Xingguang is cooperating with domestic and international customers to build a variety of technology platforms, including polarized VCSEL, back-emitting VCSEL, integrated microlens, 2D addressable VCSEL, etc. In terms of light source selection, medium and short-range blind spot LiDARs have almost completely chosen VCSEL. The proportion of long-range main LiDARs choosing VCSEL is also increasing, and is expected to reach more than 80% in the future. Three years ago, Zonghui Xingguang was the first VCSEL company in China to pass the automotive AEC-Q102 product certification, and two years ago it was the first VCSEL company in China to pass the IATF16949 automotive product quality management system compliance certification. After two years of mass production and shipment of automotive products, this year it became the first VCSEL company in China to pass the formal IATF16949 certification (SGS certification), and the management system covers epitaxial design and manufacturing, packaging, aging testing, etc.
