Aehr wins customer order for silicon carbide testing and aging

Aehr recently received an order worth approximately RMB 92 million from a silicon carbide test and burn-in customer to meet the needs of the electric vehicle market. The order involves multiple sets of WaferPak™ full-wafer contactors to meet the production needs of wafer-level burn-in and silicon carbide power semiconductor screening in the electric vehicle market.
