Main products of Zhanxin Electronics

Zhanxin Electronics has gathered an experienced core team of SiC process and device design, and SiC MOSFET driver chip design at home and abroad. Since its establishment, it has started the product research and development of 6-inch SiC MOSFET. It became the first company in China to master 6-inch SiC MOSFET and SBD processes, as well as SiC MOSFET driver chips. In September 2020, the first SiC MOSFET 1200V 80mOhm passed the JEDEC certification. As of now, it has received more than KKpcs of SiC MOSFET procurement needs and orders. In September 2021, Zhanxin Electronics officially announced the mass production of 1200V 25mΩ Full-SiC (IV1B) half-bridge power modules. Based on the existing SiC MOSFET products and SiC SBD products, it further improved Zhanxin Electronics' SiC product line, providing a simple and flexible solution for medium-current SiC applications in industrial power supplies, photovoltaic applications and other fields. In June 2024, Zhanxin Electronics' third-generation 1200V 13.5mΩ SiC MOSFET was released. There are currently three products: IV3Q12013T4Z, IV3Q12013BA, and IV3Q12013BD. They are mainly used in vehicle electric drive systems. With their outstanding performance, they have obtained project orders from many vehicle electric drive customers.
