What is the progress of the company's introduction of domestically produced chips for intelligent products such as tpms, sensors, and ada, and what is the current proportion? For automotive metal pipe products sold to North America, due to the high degree of automation, have you considered directly transferring production to the United States to avoid the impact of additional tariffs and not incurring excessive labor costs?

Baolong Technology: Hello investors, thank you for your attention. In recent years, the company has invested in a number of automotive chip-related companies and established business partnerships, including Jiejie Electronics, Saizhuo Electronics, Jinxin Max and Yuntu Semiconductor. In addition, the company also cooperates with leading domestic intelligent driving computing chip companies to develop intelligent driving solutions. At present, the company has gradually introduced domestic chips into mass production in TPMS, automotive sensors and ADAS products, accounting for more than 10%. The company exports exhaust system pipes to the United States. The current import tariff is 2.5%, and an additional 25% tariff is levied, most of which is borne by customers. The automotive metal pipe fittings business sold to North America is a mature business of the company. If it is transferred to the United States, additional fixed asset investment is required, and the labor cost in the United States is relatively high. Therefore, the company is not considering arranging automotive metal pipe fittings production capacity in the United States for the time being.
