Geely accelerates semiconductor layout, with self-development and cooperation going hand in hand

Geely Auto has been actively developing its semiconductor business and has established seven related companies since 2018. Among them, the "Dragon Eagle No. 1" launched by Hubei Xinqing Technology Co., Ltd. is China's first 7-nanometer process automotive-grade SOC chip. At the same time, Geely has also cooperated with companies such as Rohm Semiconductor Group and Jetta Semiconductor to enhance its own semiconductor research and development and application capabilities. Geely Technology Group also invested in the establishment of Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd., which focuses on developing automotive-grade IGBT chips and modules, SiC devices and other products.
