Huawei's wholly-owned Yinwang Company was established

On January 16, 2024, Yinwang, a company wholly owned by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., was formally established with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. Yinwang is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production, sales and service of automotive intelligent systems and component solutions. Its business scope mainly includes automotive intelligent driving solutions, automotive intelligent cockpits, intelligent vehicle control, intelligent vehicle cloud and vehicle-mounted lighting. Currently, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. holds 100% of Yinwang's shares.
