Mercedes-Benz makes several major adjustments in China

After the news that the German region would lay off 20,000 employees, Mercedes-Benz China also reportedly announced a number of adjustment strategies. These strategies cover multiple links such as R&D, production and sales, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency. These include adopting the OKR assessment system to conduct clearer assessments of employees; adjusting production lines in the production department; and optimizing strategies at the sales level.
