Infineon Technologies and MediaTek jointly develop easy-to-use cockpit solutions

Infineon Technologies recently announced that it will work with MediaTek and other design company partners to jointly develop an easy-to-use cockpit solution based on the Infineon TRAVEO CYT4DN microcontroller series and the entry-level MediaTek Dimensity Auto system-on-chip solution to reduce the system material costs of hardware and software. In this cockpit solution, the Infineon CYT4DN microcontroller plays the role of a system-on-chip safety guardian and can meet the ASIL-B safety target of the vehicle instrument.
