Zhixin Semiconductor's Tianzhu series Z20K148 chip has achieved a major breakthrough in the automotive field

Since being adopted by domestic leading customers in 2024, the Tianzhu series Z20K148 chip of Zhixin Semiconductor has been mass-produced in multiple projects. The chip covers the diversified needs of smart pure electric, hybrid and fuel vehicles, and has been used in multiple applications such as seat control, lighting, thermal management, T-Box, smart cockpit, engine, chassis and VCU. In February 2025, the demand for Z20K148 chips increased by more than 50% month-on-month and more than dozens of times year-on-year, showing the firm choice of China's automotive industry chain for domestic chips.
