Semikron Danfoss signs automotive-grade silicon carbide power module contract with German automaker

Semikron Danfoss has signed a contract with a German automaker for automotive-grade silicon carbide power modules worth more than 10 billion RMB. The contract stipulates that starting from 2025, the automaker's next-generation electric vehicle controller platform will fully adopt the eMPack series automotive-grade silicon carbide power modules.
