Chery and Tsinghua University jointly develop split flying car

The patent for the "split flying car" jointly developed by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and the Intelligent Transportation Laboratory of Tsinghua University has been made public. This three-body composite wing flying car adopts a modular split design concept and is mainly composed of three parts: the flight module, the cockpit module and the driving module. The flight module plus the cockpit can form an aircraft shape, while the driving module combined with the cockpit forms a car shape, achieving flexible assembly. This unique modular design allows the flying car to flexibly switch forms according to actual needs.
