Hebei Puxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Puxing Electronics) recently announced the second public notice of the environmental impact assessment of the 6-inch low-density defect silicon carbide epitaxial wafer industrialization project on its official website. The total investment of the project reached 350 million yuan. It plans to use its No. 1 plant with a construction area of ​​about 4,000 square meters to purchase 116 sets of silicon carbide epitaxial equipment and supporting equipment to establish a 6-inch low-density defect silicon carbide epitaxial material production line. It is expected that after the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 240,000 silicon carbide epitaxial wafers.
