Didi invested 670 million yuan to become the second largest shareholder of NavInfo's subsidiary

NavInfo plans to invest 100 million yuan, while Didi Smart Transportation will use its 100% equity in Ruilianxingchen (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. as a capital increase worth 450 million yuan, and invest an additional 220 million yuan in cash. After the completion of this capital increase, NavInfo's shareholding in NavInfo will drop from 30.29% to 27.01%, while Didi Smart Transportation's shareholding will be 16.46%. Didi said that NavInfo is its important ecological partner, and the two parties will carry out deeper cooperation in the field of smart transportation and increase the exploration of intelligent travel scenarios. It is reported that the original 300-person team of Didi Smart Transportation has joined NavInfo, mainly responsible for the research and development of technologies such as smart cockpits.
