Amlogic Wi-Fi chip sales exceed 16 million

Its products include multimedia smart terminal SOC chips, wireless connection chips, automotive electronic chips, etc., providing SoC main control chips and system-level solutions for many consumer electronics fields. Amlogic launched the first generation of Wi-Fi 5+BT5.0 single chip in 2020, which has achieved large-scale sales. The second-generation Wi-Fi chip (Wi-Fi62X2) will be launched in 2023 and quickly commercialized. In 2024, a new three-mode combination product (Wi-Fi 6+BT 5.4.+802.15.4) will also be launched, supporting Thread/Zigbee, which can give terminal products Matter controllers, IOI gateways and other applications. The wireless connection chip is adapted to the main control SoC platform and sold in conjunction. The front-end automotive-grade smart cockpit chip has been commercialized on mass-produced models and exported. The automotive electronic chips have been successfully mass-produced and commercialized (BMW, Lincoln, Jeep, Volvo, Zeekr, Skyworth, etc.). They use advanced process technology, built-in high-computing power neural network processors, support multi-system multi-screen display, and cover functions such as audio and video entertainment, navigation, 360-degree panoramic view, personalized experience, human-computer interaction, personal assistant, DMS (Driver Monitor System), etc. They meet automotive grade requirements, and some products have passed automotive certification. The company has 1,844 employees, 1,579 of whom are R&D personnel, accounting for 86%. The cumulative sales of Wi-Fi chips exceed 16 million, and new products such as Wi-Fi 6 and 8K will also reach commercial mass production in 2023.
