Beiyi Semiconductor Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was established in October 2017. Its headquarters is located in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and development, production, sales and service of new power semiconductor modules. Since its establishment, the company has taken it as its mission to promote the localization of high-end IGBT and SiC modules, and provide high-quality and efficient domestic power module product solutions for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing. Beiyi's third-generation semiconductor power device project is an important node project in the electronic information industry chain of Jianhu County, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and implemented in two phases. After the project is fully put into production, it can produce 1.25 million semiconductor devices annually, achieve annual invoice sales of 1.5 billion yuan, and tax revenue of 120 million yuan. In 2024, the Beiyi Semiconductor Wafer Factory Project in Mudanjiang Muling Power Semiconductor Industrial Park will start construction. The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan, and a new foreign advanced 6-inch wafer production line will be added. After reaching full production, it will produce 1 million 6-inch wafers annually, with an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan.
