Lattice Power Microelectronics Completes Series A+ Financing

Jingneng Microelectronics announced the completion of its A+ round of financing. This round of financing was led by Wenling Jiulonghui, and followed by several old shareholders. It is reported that this is the third round of financing completed by Jingneng Microelectronics after Walden led the Pre-A round and Gaorong led the A round. On December 29, the construction of Jingneng Microelectronics Xiuzhou production base started. The project is located in Jiaxing National High-tech Zone, covering an area of ​​95.4 acres. The first phase of the project includes the investment and construction of a 6-inch FRD wafer factory and 600,000 sets of half-bridge module production lines. The Xiuzhou base is the third production base built by Jingneng Microelectronics after the Yuhang factory (full-bridge module) and the Wenling factory (single-tube packaging). It mainly complements the research and development and manufacturing capabilities of the new generation of high-performance plastic-encapsulated half-bridge modules. At present, Jingneng Microelectronics has formed a new energy chip matrix of FRD, IGBT, SiC MOSFET, etc.
