Lattice Microelectronics Completes Series A Financing

Zhejiang Jingneng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingneng") completed its second round of financing, led by old shareholder Gaorong Capital. Geely Capital, Xiamen Jianfa, Chunshan Capital, Tsinghua Holdings, Puhua Capital, China-US Green Fund, Guxin Holdings, Zhonghe Wanfang, Xiangtan Chanxing and other institutions followed suit. In March 2023, Jingneng announced that the first automotive-grade IGBT product independently designed and developed was successfully taped out. Recently, Jingneng has also successively announced that the 750V platform IGBT chip developed for passenger car electronic control systems has entered the mass production stage, and the 1200V platform IGBT for commercial vehicles has been successfully taped out. The self-developed module has excellent performance and has been designated for some models.
