About SK Siltron

SK Siltron is a subsidiary of SK Group, the third largest conglomerate in South Korea. It was formerly known as LG Siltron of South Korea. It is now the world's fifth largest silicon wafer supplier. Currently, SK Siltron mainly supplies semiconductor chip wafers to South Korea. It focuses on wafer manufacturing business, and its product lines are mainly divided into two business segments: Si Wafer (silicon wafer) and SiC Wafer (silicon carbide wafer). SK Siltron's sales in 2022 exceeded 2 trillion won for the first time. Sales in 2023 fell by 13.98% year-on-year.
