Guangzhou Nansha Wafer Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in September 2018. The headquarters base is Guangzhou Nansha Wafer Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. The company is headquartered in Nansha District, Guangzhou. It currently has three major production bases in Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Jinan, forming a complete production line for silicon carbide single crystal furnace manufacturing, silicon carbide powder preparation, silicon carbide single crystal growth and village substrate preparation. The company's products are mainly 6- and 8-inch conductive and semi-insulating silicon carbide substrates. The Jinan North Base is Shandong Zhongjing Xinyuan Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Shandong Zhongjing Xinyuan Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongjing Xinyuan") was registered and established in Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province in May 2023. Zhongjing Xinyuan is positioned for the industrialization of 8-inch silicon carbide single crystals and substrate products.
