Fudan Microelectronics FPGA Product Introduction

In 2004, Fudan Microelectronics began to develop FPGAs. In 2016, it released a 10 million gate FPGA product using a 65nm process. In 2018, it released the first 100 million gate FPGA product in China using a 28nm process (the SerDes transmission rate reaches a maximum of 13.1Gbps). In 2022, Fudan Microelectronics began to develop 1 billion gate FPGAs. At the same time, Fudan Microelectronics has the first embedded programmable PSoC product with a 28nm process launched in China, and is a leading programmable device chip manufacturer in China. In terms of product types, Fudan Microelectronics mainly focuses on the SRAM FPGA track, and has launched four major series of products, namely: 10 million gate FPGA chips, 100 million gate FPGA chips, 1 billion gate FPGA chips and embedded programmable device PSoC, covering high reliability fields such as communications, industrial control, and automotive electronics. According to the 2023 financial report released by Fudan Microelectronics, the FPGA product line achieved sales revenue of approximately 1.139 billion yuan in 2023, making it its largest product line in terms of revenue, accounting for more than 30% of revenue, and with a gross profit margin of up to 84.59%.
