Gaoyun Semiconductor FPGA product development history: In Q1 2015, Gaoyun mass-produced the first industrialized 55nm process 4 million gate medium-density FPGA chip in China. In Q1 2016, Gaoyun launched the first 55nm embedded Flash SRAM non-volatile FPGA chip in China. In 2017, Gaoyun achieved large-scale shipments of FPGA chips. In 2019, Gaoyun released the first FPGA automotive chip in China, and became the first manufacturer in China to achieve large-scale shipments of automotive-grade FPGAs. In 2022, the 22nm Arora V series was released. At present, Gaoyun has three major product lines: 55nm Aurora (Chenxi) and 22nm Aurora V, 55nm LittleBee (Little Bee) and USB bus adapter ASSP chip GoBridge, which have been mass-produced in application fields such as automobiles, industrial control, power, communications, medical care, and data centers.
