Focuslight Technology (stock code: 688167) was established in September 2007. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high-power semiconductor laser components and raw materials, laser optical components, photonic application modules, modules and subsystems in the upstream of the photonic industry chain, focusing on optical communications, automotive applications, pan-semiconductor processes, and medical health. Focuslight Technology has developed into an influential company and brand in the field of high-power semiconductor lasers and applications in the world. It currently has production bases and core technical teams in Xi'an, Dongguan, Haining, Shaoguan, China, Dortmund, Germany, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and Singapore. The company successfully acquired LIMO GmbH in 2017 and SUSS MicroOptics SA (now Focuslight Switzerland SA) in 2024. In the same year, it successfully acquired ams OSRAM assets and expanded the global photonic industry process and manufacturing business under the Heptagon brand. There are more than 1,000 employees worldwide, including more than 450 overseas employees.
