The company has reviewed and approved the proposal for foreign investment at the 14th extraordinary meeting of the fifth board of directors held on June 27, 2024, and decided to invest in Malaysia through its Singapore subsidiary OPTIZ PIONEER HOLDING PTE. LTD. The name of the subsidiary is WaferTek Solutions Sdn Bhd, and it is currently actively negotiating the purchase of land and factory buildings in Penang, Malaysia.
