Wanan Technology plans to invest 260 million yuan in lightweight aluminum alloy construction for new energy vehicle chassis

Zhejiang Wanan Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Wanan Science & Technology) announced that it plans to use the raised funds of about RMB 260 million to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary Anhui Wanan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Anhui Wanan) to promote the "new energy vehicle chassis aluminum alloy lightweight construction project". After the capital increase is completed, Anhui Wanan's registered capital will reach RMB 528 million, and Wanan Science & Technology's shareholding ratio will reach 96.0122%.
