Nezha Auto recently announced a new salary adjustment plan, which implemented different salary reduction ratios for employees with different annual salaries. Specifically, employees with an annual salary of more than 1 million yuan will face a 30% salary reduction, employees with an annual salary of 500,000 to 1 million yuan will face a 20% salary reduction, employees with an annual salary of 300,000 to 500,000 yuan will face a 10% salary reduction, and employees with an annual salary of less than 300,000 yuan will face a 5% salary reduction. If an employee's salary is higher than their "position salary", then they will be reduced by another 10% on the existing basis. This plan covers all R&D personnel of the company and is expected to affect more than 1,000 employees.
