About Desay SV

Desay SV was formerly known as Sino-Europe Electronic Industry Co., Ltd., which was established in 1986 by Philips Car Audio, Hong Kong Jinshan, and Huizhou Industrial Development Corporation (predecessor of Desay Group). In March 2010, Desay Group acquired all the shares of Siemens VDO, and the company was officially renamed "Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd." In December 2017, Desay SV was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. At present, Desay SV has established good cooperative relations with domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers such as Volkswagen Group, Toyota Motor Corporation, Mazda Group, Volvo Cars, FAW Group, SAIC Group, Geely Automobile, Great Wall Motors, GAC Group, Chery Automobile, NIO, Xiaopeng Motors, and Ideal Auto. At present, Desay SV is centered in Huizhou and has established R&D divisions and branches in Nanjing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taiwan, Singapore, Europe, Japan, and the United States. The company's main operating income includes two parts: one is the smart cockpit business, with revenue of 7.893 billion yuan in 2021, and the other is the smart driving domain control business, with revenue of 1.387 billion yuan in 2021.
