ON Semiconductor Launches Breakthrough High-Precision iToF Sensor

ON Semiconductor recently launched the Hyperlux ID series iToF sensor, which achieves high-precision 3D imaging at a distance of 30 meters and reshapes automotive perception technology. This sensor uses an innovative global shutter pixel architecture that can simultaneously output black and white images and depth information. It is only 1/4 the size of traditional solutions and has lower power consumption. Its 30-meter ranging capability is four times the industry standard, supports tracking of fast-moving objects, and is suitable for autonomous driving, smart cockpits, and industrial fields, promoting the development of advanced driver assistance systems and in-vehicle interactive technologies.
