Nissan Motor promotes corporate reform and implements a new leadership system

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. announced that it will implement a new leadership system starting April 1 to promote corporate reforms. This is another important move following the announcement of a new management system on the 11th of this month. Nissan will achieve a streamlined and borderless organizational structure by eliminating management levels, implementing a flat executive job system, adjusting the former executive director to an executive officer (the highest level of management), and reducing job positions by about 20%.
