In terms of technological innovation, the central automobile enterprises produced and sold more than 500 million automotive chips, used 280 million domestically produced automotive chips, and made new breakthroughs in automotive basic software, lightweight materials, lithium battery materials, etc. The three major central automobile enterprises have authorized more than 5,000 new invention patents, and FAW's new generation of Tiangong pure electric platform, Jiuzhang intelligent platform, Dongfeng "Mach" hybrid engine with a thermal efficiency of more than 47%, Changan Tianshu large model, Tianyu smart cockpit, Tianheng smart chassis and other landmark achievements have been put into commercial use.
