TSMC Chairman Wei Zhejia revealed that the company's N2 process technology is expected to start mass production in the second half of this year. In addition, the A16 solution has locked in HPC products and is scheduled to be mass-produced in the second half of 2026. TSMC expects that this year's sales of its advanced process technology (7 nanometers and below) will account for 80%. At the same time, wafer sales are expected to reach 14 million to 15 million 12-inch wafer equivalents this year. Its wafer shipments are expected to reach 12.9 million 12-inch wafer equivalents in 2024, up from 12 million in 2023.
