Previously, Xiaomi had established a chip platform department under the organizational structure of the mobile phone product department, headed by Qin Muyun. Qin Muyun worked for Qualcomm and later joined Xiaomi. Wang Hua, general manager of Xiaomi Group's public relations department, responded that Xiaomi's chip platform department has always existed and is responsible for product chip platform selection evaluation and in-depth customization.
