French technology company Iten collaborates with A*STAR Microelectronics Institute to develop solid-state battery technology

French technology company Iten has collaborated with the A*STAR Microelectronics Institute to integrate solid-state battery technology into wafer-level 3D packaging to reduce assembly complexity, improve interconnect reliability, and reduce power loss. The technology is applicable to multiple platforms, including high-density fan-out wafer-level packaging, 2.5D transfer boards, and 3D interposers. Iten's solid-state batteries do not contain harmful substances, providing a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative.
