There is only one company left in Japan engaged in the production of nitrogen trifluoride

With the withdrawal of Mitsui Chemicals, Kanto Denka Kogyo will be the only company left in Japan that produces nitrogen trifluoride (NF3). Mitsui Chemicals previously operated the NF3 business for cleaning gas used in semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment in the semiconductor and optical materials division of the ICT Solutions Division.
