Ganfeng Lithium completes Mali Lithium equity acquisition

Ganfeng Lithium recently announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Mali Lithium's equity and currently holds 100% of its equity. This move marks substantial progress in the company's lithium resource layout in Africa. The first phase of Mali Goulamina spodumene project under Mali Lithium has an annual production capacity of 506,000 tons of lithium concentrate and has now been officially put into production, with production capacity gradually released. At the same time, the lithium ore export transportation line from Mali to China has also been successfully opened, which will provide the company with a stable supply of high-quality lithium resources.
