Firecrawl, a startup providing open-source web crawling tools for developers and AI agents, recently announced the completion of its Series A funding round. This round was led by Nexus, with participation from Shopify CEO Tobias Lütke and Y Combinator. Firecrawl's products have been used by 350,000 developers, including clients such as Shopify, Replit, and Zapier. The company is currently profitable and plans to launch an API that supports search and natural language prompts.
