Avita Technology to submit Hong Kong IPO application soon

According to sources, Avita Technology is making final preparations for its Hong Kong IPO and expects to submit its application in October. Avita Technology is a high-end smart electric vehicle brand focused on future mobility, headquartered in Chongqing, China, with branches in Shanghai and Munich, Germany. Changan Automobile and CATL are its first and second largest shareholders, holding 40.99% and 14.1% stakes, respectively. Huawei, as a partner, primarily provides intelligent components such as intelligent assisted driving algorithms and smart cockpits.
