Sungrow Power Supply submits listing application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Sungrow Power Supply officially submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 5th, with CICC serving as the sole sponsor. As of June 30, 2025, Sungrow's products and services will have reached over 100 countries and regions worldwide. According to the prospectus, Sungrow's global photovoltaic inverter market share will reach 25.2% in 2024. As of June 30, 2025, Sungrow's cumulative energy storage system shipments will reach 70GWh. In the first half of 2025, Sungrow achieved operating revenue of 43.4 billion yuan and a gross profit margin of 32.9%. Of this, energy storage system shipments have reached 19.5GWh, generating revenue of 17.8 billion yuan, accounting for 41% of total revenue, with a gross profit margin of 39.9%.
