Eric Bach, former chief engineer at Lucid Motors, has accused the company of wrongful dismissal, racial discrimination, and retaliation. In his complaint, Bach alleges that in early 2025, Lucid launched an internal investigation into its "workplace culture." However, following the investigation, he was abruptly stripped of his management authority over the electric drive systems team and excluded from board meetings.
