NIO adjusts its organizational structure to improve operational efficiency

In early 2025, NIO began to implement the Basic Business Unit (CBU) mechanism, dividing each store, R&D project, regional company and even marketing activity into an independent CBU. Each unit must calculate its own return on investment. After adjustment, the operating loss was reduced from RMB 6.3 billion in the first quarter to about RMB 2.7 billion in the third quarter.
