Yunguang Technology Launches Construction of 12-inch Silicon-based OLED Microdisplay Production Line

Nanjing Yunguang Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 12-inch ultra-high-definition silicon-based OLED microdisplay production base in Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone. This production line is a core component of Yunguang Technology's future smart terminal strategy and has been included in Jiangsu Province's list of major projects for 2026. The project has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027. At that time, it will achieve large-scale mass production of a full range of high-end silicon-based microdisplay panels ranging from 0.13 to 1.32 inches, forming an annual production capacity of approximately 60,000 12-inch wafers.
