VIS Announces Expansion of its Gallium Nitride Silicon Product Line into High Voltage Applications

VIS plans to expand its existing GaN-based silicon product line into high-voltage applications to meet the demand for efficient power conversion in fields such as data centers, automotive electronics, industrial control, and energy management. The new 650V GaN-based silicon technology will enable VIS to offer power GaN solutions across multiple voltage ranges and substrates.
