Fushi Technology and Tower Semi collaborate to create advanced lidar chips

Fushi Technology, together with Tower Semiconductor, has successfully developed the first all-solid-state laser radar array SPAD chip in China. The chip uses advanced BSI back-illuminated technology to effectively improve the photosensitivity efficiency and achieve 540,000 point cloud output per second, surpassing Japanese competitors and becoming the world's highest resolution laser radar.
