Achronix Acquires Key IP and Expertise from Accolade Technology

Achronix Semiconductor announced the acquisition of Accolade Technology's key IP assets and technical team to accelerate customers' design of high-performance network and data center systems. The acquisition includes Accolade's Ethernet FPGA IP portfolio, which will enable Achronix's Speedster FPGA, VectorPath accelerator card and Speedcore eFPGA products to have a full-featured Ethernet shell. Combined with Accolade's IP, Achronix's solutions can be used in any SmartNIC application.
