Lattice Semiconductor has launched a new CertusPro-NX FPGA based on the Nexus technology platform, which has industry-leading power efficiency and system bandwidth and is suitable for communications, computing, industry, automobiles and consumer electronics. CertusPro-NX FPGA has a high logic density of 100K logic cells and is the only FPGA that supports LPDDR4 external memory, providing high reliability for critical applications in the automotive and industrial fields.
